CroatiaFest 2011, is pleased to feature six booths offering a variety of these ethnic dishes for your purchase and enjoyment.    Each booth represents one of the Pacific Northwest’s Croatian Community Organizations. All of the entrees will be prepared by expert chefs from each club so you can count on authenticity with each dish.

    Proceeds from the food sales will benefit each individual organization.

Soft drinks, coffee and bottled water will also be available for purchase at selected booths.  Come to CroatiaFest to enjoy these delicious food items and to support these organizations for their hard work and dedication in bringing you “A Taste of Croatia”.

Don’t forget to visit the Karlovacko Beer and Wine Garden.  You may take your food into the garden, but you may not take the spirits out of the garden.  Of course the garden is only available to adults 21 years and older. 

For your comfort and convenience, there will be plenty of tables available in the “food court” area to sit and enjoy your meal and be entertained by the performances on the main stage.
