CroatiaFest is pleased to feature food booths offering a variety of these ethnic dishes for your purchase and enjoyment.

Each booth represents one of the Pacific Northwest’s Croatian Community Organizations. All of the entrees will be prepared by expert chefs from each club so you can count on authenticity with each dish.

Anacortes Sister Cities will be grilling kobasice served with roll and condiments.

Sarma, Burek & Desserts

Baked in Bosnia will serve traditional Croatian sarma (stuffed cabbage rolls).  Also slices of their delicious bee sting cakes , burek and cookies

Čevapčići and Lamb

Balkan Store will again have whole lamb roasted on the spit and grilled ćevapčići (Croatian-style links). Both meats will include bread and condiments.

Balkan Task Force

Palačenke and Baklava

Balkan Task Force will offer Palačenke (Croatian crepes) and baklava. You can also purchase a cup of kava (Turkish coffee) to go along with these sweets.
