Each booth represents one of the Pacific Northwest’s Croatian Community Organizations. All of the entrees will be prepared by expert chefs from each club so you can count on authenticity with each dish.

Traditional Croatian sarma (stuffed cabbage rolls). They will also be serving slices of their famous bee sting cake.
