Hrstule
Hrstule, originating from Dalmatian and Istria regions of Croatia, is traditionally prepared at Christmas time, for weddings, baptisms and special occasions. They are a sweet crisp pastry made from dough that has been shaped into twisted ribbons before being deep-fried and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Expert bakers Joanne, Barry and Toni of Martinis family, will demonstrate how these delicate fried pasties are made on a video presentation on Facebook Live.
